Please include the approximate date and time of the conversation, the type of concern, and a short description of what happened. Chitchat is planned to include in-app reporting and blocking tools; email support remains available for account, billing, and safety follow-up.

Response time

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Safety-related reports may be reviewed sooner where appropriate.
